PAIA Information
This notice describes the current LEPAS Paarl website and enquiry journey.
Access to information
The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 provides a process for requesting access to certain records, subject to applicable requirements, grounds for refusal, and other law.
Preparing a request
Identify the records requested, the subject and useful date range, the preferred format, your contact information, and any proof of identity or authority required by the prescribed process.
Forms and fees
A formal request may require the prescribed PAIA form and permitted fees. The applicable process and current manual should be checked before sending identity documents or payment.
Request channel
Contact george@bmgmotors.co.za or call 021 872 2101 to request the current PAIA manual and approved submission channel. Do not send identity documents until the correct channel has been confirmed.
Decisions and remedies
A formal decision should explain the outcome and any applicable review, complaint, or court remedies. South Africa's Information Regulator can provide further guidance on PAIA rights and processes.
